Fee Dispute Service

To participate in the Chattanooga Bar Association's free Fee Dispute Service,

• please read the Fee Dispute Policies;
• fill out names as well as available dates and sign the Client Consent Form;
• fill out the Fee Dispute Complaint Form. 

The Complaint and the Client Consent Form must be mailed to us at the address below or emailed to LHood@chattbar.org:
