Chattanooga Bar Foundation APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS · Eligible University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduates must submit a complete application and attach all the required supporting documents. · Applications must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2012. REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS · A certified college transcript that contains the student’s undergraduate class rank and test scores. · A personal statement that provides (1) a brief biographical sketch, and (2) a description of the applicant’s goals for the future. · Personal or financial statement/circumstances comparable to the applicant’s submission to the law school. · A letter of recommendation from applicant’s undergraduate teacher or advisor. The letter should detail the applicant’s academic background, achievements, leadership abilities and community involvement. The letter should contain personalized information about the applicant. CERTIFICATION AND RELEASE The applicant must sign the attached application, certifying that all information provided is true and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge.
