PATH to General Sessions Court “Partnering with Attorneys To Help PATH is a cooperative program of the Chattanooga Bar Association and Southeast Tennessee Legal Services (STLS) which provides pro se parties with general information about General Sessions Court rules and procedures at the Monday, 11:00 a.m. docket call. Volunteer attorneys arrive at 10:30 a.m. and are available until noon. No prior training is required. CBA volunteers work with an experienced attorney from STLS or with another CBA member who is familiar with the program. Please read the P.A.T.H. Program Description and the FAQ handout which illustrates the Program and the nature of information which our volunteers provide to pro se litigants. Please use this submission form to schedule your volunteer date for PATH.
